At Ratio, we stand behind the craftsmanship of our coffee machines and offer a 30-day return policy for products in their original packaging. If you are not completely satisfied with your brewing experience, we are here to assist with a seamless return or exchange process.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Pre-Authorized Return Label.

• 2.
  Pack Your Machine

  Securely place the Ratio machine and all original accessories back into the original double-walled shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided shipping label to the exterior of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the machine's condition, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
